I always wore hiking boots, because I invariably found the holes in the OF, or would step on edge of pathway slightly elevated and would turn an ankle at least once a month.

Lots of sand gets in the running shoes I’ve used and after 4-5 games in the dirt, my toes would get gritty.

I bought some UA shoes from Academy last year and have to say these are the worst shoes I have ever bought. So uncomfortable and the ankle support rubs on the back of my ankle. I should have gone with the New Balance ones.

Haha... Nope.. New Balance Turf Shoes. Amazing Grip in dirt, grass, and obviously turf.

That is what I wear as well. They have plenty of grip for pitching, hitting, throwing, whatever.
