Can non-P4 schools offer multi-year scholarships (vs year-to-year)?

All D1 colleges can offer multi year scholarships but *most* are for 1 year. This is a question that should be asked when committing, we didn't for our DD and have a 1 year. P4 scholarships are all 4 years.

How about bargaining with the Coach. You guarantee her 4 years and she agree to never enter the portal. I can't believe lawyers haven't gotten more involved with the whole recruiting process. The verbal vs the signing day stuff seems ripe for litigation.

As far as I knew, the last change was in 2015.
