Back Pocket

If you teach to coil the back pocket towards the pitcher. Where should the back pocket be at during contact with the ball?

People talk about one legged and hips. I was taught knee to the ball.

How about pocket to the ball?

We try and do exactly what you asked. Not saying Haley is perfect at it but the camera angle at least gives you a view of the lower half working throughout the swing.
