Best advice I've found is to buy last year's bat. It is generally the same bat with a different paint scheme.

- THIS^^ Is good advice and by then you will know which are the better bats (and normaly 50% Savings if you shop right).
So through the season see what bats have the best Pop - then around Christmas pick them up for a big dicscount.
