You need to stop socializing with rubberbiscuit and enter the PAC-12 intervention program. I actually saw the video in the first thread and more or less assumed the skippy reference was to the pitcher. Nothing illegal about that pitcher, cant imagine what you are seeing to think she is skipping or hopping out off the pitching plate.
