So according to that video - buying a 44 Pro is basically like me buying my wife a knockoff Coach purse. It’s not a real Wilson or Rawlings material wise, but it’s cheaper and my wife doesn’t know the difference. At the end of the day she is happy.
She would not be happy if she brings her fake coach purse back to coach, to have it fixes. Lol

They are in no way a knockoff. A knockoff is basically a forgery, pretending to be something else.

Pro 44 gloves are very good gloves and are used at the highest level of play both in baseball and softball.
My DD has one for third base.
She has an A2000 catchers and first base glove and loves them all.

I have seen a few of them and they look/feel good to me. I in no way meant to knock them I was just commenting “according to the video”.

What is your opinion on the internal materials like the felt and plastic thumb and pinkie binding that they use in the 44 pro gloves? Thx

The felt was on par with what you will find in the heart of the hide and a2000 level gloves, better than what you will find in Liberty or Onyx(A1000) level gloves. The 44 also used all leather construction where a Mizuno MVP or the other 150 dollar gloves might use synthetics in the hand and finger wells. The plastic inserts were about the same as well. That guy in the video said that 44Pro and those other guys weren't using the same patterns as Wilson or Rawlings and thats obvious but I havent seen a huge difference in the leather quality between Liberty gloves and 44 Pros. I have a buddy who is an actual 44 Pro service center so I have been referring 44 Pro clients to him over the last 12-18 months so I haven't had as many torn apart lately as I used to.
Overall I'd rather them a decent glove, theyre 100 dollars less than the A2000/Heart of the Hide gloves and they look cool. But as for my kids, my son always used Rawlings gloves and the girl likes Wilsons

Recently got a Bradley glove for my DD. Jeff was awesome to work with and I’ve always wanted to try one out and never seen one in the wild. My DD lives it and says it fits her hand great. We will see if it replaces her LA as her go to glove. I would definitely recommend it to girls with smaller hands.1AC64BDC-1473-4743-B40A-D303C0D6ACF4.jpeg76BE85B2-3711-4994-8DAE-77DD412FEF73.jpeg

A girl on my daughter's 8u team just got a Bradley for Christmas, it's a really nice quality glove.
