The problem is that a lot of girls choose with their ears.

First time out with mizuno PC (thanks core). maybe 15 swings on it, my dd hit the farthest ball she ever hit. What she really wanted to know was when was her replacement ghost adv getting in. She does not like the sound of the mizuno PC as much.

You ever watch … fabjunkie on YouTube? He asks all the girls which is the best bat. They all say ghost or adv. several girls he tells them that they have a higher exit velo with some other bat, yet they still say the ghost is best.

Very welcome sir. I have always said, the toughest thing Mizuno fights is that you dont see them all around like Ghosts, LXTs, CFs...lots
of girls dont want to swing stuff their friends dont have, no matter the outcome...haha. Mizuno has worked hard getting teams and trying
to get seen.

LS started with the "sound" bat many, many years ago with their discs. Now each bat has their own sound depending on how their inner
tech is. But, the inner tech does provide a purpose on top of making noise :D

we've gotten occasional higher exit velos with one bat vs another, but at the same time, there are some bats that my girls consistently square up vs others.......and it's different bats for each girl

it's one thing to crack a high number once or twice out of 10 swings, and it's another to square up 8 or 9 out of 10......even if the velos are a mph or two lower

numbers are nice, but so are practical situations.......sure, some girls love the sound, but every bat tends to swing different in different hands......one girl loves the GA, one girl loves the mantra+ - one has a 2019 PC as a backup, in a -9, and every once in awhile says "yeah, this isn't bad", but quickly goes back to the GA

the other has a '22 GA in her bag and hasn't touched it since we got the mantra +

Yupper, love the "oh, her highest velo was with so and so bat" or top two were with diff bats, then the next 5 are with the same
bat. Most important thing is the bat you can square up the most times in games.

There is absolutely nothing better than a head to head bat comparison on a field using decent pitched/front tossed balls.

The most important thing you see is not distance- its trajectory and how many she squares up imho.

Which is harder than it sounds where you are trying to schedule having multiple bats in hand, weather, around practices/school/everything else! We only did it once and the clear winner was the bat dd didnt want!
