Who in the world hits over and over at the connection point?
No one does. Connection points are a weak spot for these Easton bats. The engineers sacrificed durability for pop, yet people can't stop buying them to send a message to Easton to put out a more durable product.

didnt say you are hitting ON the connection...said when you keep hitting when a connection
is cracked...it will continue to crack more and more.

And I agree with you here...nature of the beast. Everybody wants the hotest bat you can make. Thats why
I tell everybody, you may have to baby new bats a little more. The new LXT isnt very durable now either because they
wanted to get hotter...why? Because thats what people want.

When Easton made tanks...nobody wanted them and why? They werent hot like the other bats. Not many
people cared that the bat would last 5 years. Parents want hot, hot, hot.

yeah I got a Mako torx for anyone who wants it.

that thing can hit a brick wall for years and never break but can’t hit a ball out of the infield off the ss.

Exactly my point sir. No Mako sold well, torq or not. Not really any Easton sold well before the Ghost.
I sold Makos as bp beater bats...hahaha.

I saw an Advanced get sawed off at the handle last weekend. Did it break like an MLB player's wood bat? No, but the connection came apart, and the barrel flew over the 3B coach's head. I'd call that equally dangerous. Face it: these things are made out of papier-mâché.
Was that at the TC in Colorado? I saw the same thing happen with an Advanced in an 18U power pool game. I don't remember if the barrel flew over the coach's head, but I do remember him chucking it toward the dugout.

My 9 year old has been using this bat for a week or so (about 200-250 swings). This is her first Ghost (only owed LXT’s prior to this) so we don’t know what to expect. She’s hitting the ball really well and the bat is performing great. My main concern is the ridges on each side. Seems to be getting bigger and bigger. Is this something we should worry about?
