Pitcher Falling Sideways
My daughter and I are struggling with her finish balance. I'm out of ideas and the couldn't find a thread that addresses this. We've also been working on getting her to follow through and not snap her elbow back after release. Any help would be appreciated.- SJVCoachingDad

Pitcher digs a lane before pitching?
Saw something yesterday that I hadn’t seen before. I’ve seen pitchers fill holes in front of the rubber before pitching, but a girl yesterday spend about a minute toout a lane about 2” deep, 6” wide, and 2‘ long in front of the rubber before she threw her first pitch.
