    Bill, please (pretty please) post some decent quality video of yourself pitching NCAA mechanics if you have any. Doug Gillis and Jeremy Manley are good models of NCAA legal mechanics on the male side.

    I think you shouldn't say anything to them during a game from the dugout about mechanics. Go out there and talk to them if you really need to say something. During the game they should be competing. Focused on trying to get the batters out/win the game. Worrying about mechanics takes them...

    I have never, nor will I ever, sit on a bucket for any reason. People who sit on buckets have their players hit tires. And start throwing warm ups from 3 feet from each other flicking their wrists.

    I agree it seems like a lot of practice for 8. Especially when it seems you are not really familiar with the basics of pitching. That's a lot of time spent on things that are not that fruitful. I would cut the time you spend with her in half and use the new free time to familiarize yourself...

    Back in 2018- 2019(and before) ghost was THE bat. And they were pretty much 1 oz overweight. I have 0 problem putting a actual 32-23 bat in a good hitters hands.

    I got a mizuno cbrn1 for ~150. Was a year or so ago but I'm not paying more than 250 for a bat. I'll edit: there were 32 drop 9 xenos for 190 or about. If your paying 500 for a bat you're made of money.

    Drop 9 32's are cheaper. That's why I got my dd one. I don't think it makes a big difference. I think the extra weight might actually help them learn to swing it better.

    I think it compares to a liberty advanced more than a a2000 or hoh. Yes pretty much a steal considering prices these days.
