    Dropball

    So my 11U DD often throws drops during games, but if you asked her to throw a drop she struggles. Is there a way to teach her to do something she already does naturally? Some slow motion video of drops during one game from the fall I captured. These are from 40ft.

    Hitting grounders

    During the fall my DD hit a lot of grounders. We’ve been doing the CamWood program, but she still seems to hit a lot of would-be grounders when we turn to her real bat. Any drills or suggestions to help?

    Did someone have a calculation for each foot gained in stride, what the speed equivalent gain is (given that the pitch is coming from 1 foot closer)?

    Glove size

    Best glove size for an 11 year old pitcher/outfielder, 5'2? Using a 12inch youth now but the pocket seems small with the bigger ball. Glove company recommended a regular, not youth, said only difference is opening size. Should she stick with a 12 inch or go to 12.25 inches or 12.5 inches?
