So didn't really do any work in the winter... 9yo going into second year of 10u play. I'm looking for drills that could help her stay back and finish high.
This first clip was against one of the better pitchers she's ever faced, drew a walk on 9 pitches, timing seems good but not making hard contact
This spring my daughter moved up to 10u and has adjusted pretty well considering we kinda had to change the way she swings the bat.

She didn't care the fence was 170 all the way...
Swing From Today

Been watching postseason college softball and noticed that on all the teams so far that I've seen swinging Mizuno or Marucci probably 80 percent of the girls are swinging the one piece offering they have available. I know the 1-piece versions are always less expensive but don't know much about...
Her Swing
She started playing at 4 just to work on social skills but has really taken a liking to the game. No lessons or anything yet I just want her to have fun out there mostly but she's a little perfectionist.
Any pointers are a appreciated and any simple drills you all would recommend...
Can you guys point me to some good drills I can use to get my daughter used to using her lower half in both hitting and while throwing. Something for younger players
Last year at 4 my daughter made the 6u all star team. This year at 5 she made the 8u all Star team. The thing is our rec league is not very good. So our coach the last two years plane to leave our league and partner up with another coach take it best 11 or 12 girls and play select. Now the...
