upper arm pain
My 16 year old daughter has developed upper arm pain in the triceps and biceps area the last 2 days when she throws overhand. She is also a pitcher, and does not have any pain while pitching. Going to shut down for 3-4 days, and try the ice therapy. Any other suggestions?- khawk10
