DD played in a tourney this weekend. First bracket game was a disaster. We lost we got killed. Defense made some errors. Pitching wasn't lights out. At the end of the game coach tells players to apologize to the pitcher for making errors. LOL I have never heard of such BS.
About a year ago I posted about my dd bruising her hip and elbow. She has stopped doing that. However after this weekend she has bruises on her thigh on throwing side. Any ideas what may have caused this?
I know it's probably been discussed a million times on this forum.... But the dd was called for illegal pitching today for quick pitching several times. And "not presenting the ball" once. She gets sign... Approaches rubber and then pitches .. I'm confused... Can I get some help :(
My dd's last tournament is this Saturday. Her plan is to take all of December off. Sounds good to me as I've learned this year that time off and rest periods are a necessity. However a lot of TB tryouts are going on in December and January. So she will not be going to any tryouts in December...

My dd is 13. She been putting in hard work. We have so far yet to go. If my dd came to you for a lesson what would be the first thing you would work on?
She hit the ball very hard and sent the ball to the fence while everyone cheered she rounded the bases grabbing her left shoulder in agony. Has anyone out there had this happen? Can you give me hints on what to look for that could have caused this???

This is a walk through...I was a little late on the start. I see a push then correction. Still have so far to go. I appreciate your input.
When my dd strides out and her arm is at the 3 oclock position sometimes her palm is facing the catcher wrist is cocked. Is this what you guys refer to as a cupped wrist? I think this is a problem that needs to be fixed. Are you familiar with this flaw? How do we fix this?
So my dd pitches. However, right now we are nursing a hurt shoulder and are undergoing PT at the moment. My dd's team was in a tournament over the weekend and we went to support our team. I had fun as a spectator. I walked around watching teams warm up etc. I noticed a team with really...
