    Some say the hands are independent. Others say they’re along for the ride. Do they do both? The arms are connected to the hands so the arms do something. The hands get a bad rep imo. Griffey w the ‘palm up’ method.

    Total 180 from GFR, scissor and decel. Now it’s sequencing, positioning(timing) and proper rotation which leads to extension . Glad to see this.
