    Drills to become backside dominant

    Any drills that can help with driving the back knee/becoming more backside dominant? DD does ok with it but sometimes she tends to be more frontside dominant.

    Fielders choice or hit?

    How should this be scored? I do the book keeping for this team. I scored it as a hit but wanted to double check. I scored it as a hit because the hit pulled the SS towards 3rd in a way she could only go to 2nd. So, in my mind, it wasn’t a choice what to do with the ball..so no fielders choice.

    Recommendations for 1st Base glove for DD

    DD is moving to 1st base on her new summer team (17u). I’m not trying to break the bank on a glove but I want her to have a quality glove as well. Any recommendations? Something that’s easy to break in as well (season starts in April)

    Drills for 3rd base

    DD’s team has a new coach and she wants to move DD from CF to 3rd. DD has never played 3rd. What are some drills to get quicker hands since 3rd tends to be a reactionary position?

    Drills to improve hitting sequence

    Curious in regards to what drills a hitter can do to improve their sequence in regards to hitting?....for example hips before hands etc. I think DD could definitely improve there.

    How much is too much

    My DD just entered her freshman year. She's pitching on JV. She's the only pitcher on JV. She's throwing 90-100 pitches per game. They had 5 games last week and will have 4 this week. She said she's really tired (one of 3 pitchers on her summer team). Is she taking on too much?
