This guy has all the pressure on rear of his foot (towards the catcher) when he launches..I don't see that with her.

Looks like the front part (towards the pitcher) of the foot is off the ground when he swings..no? Maybe I am seeing things..lol.Maybe not all, but majority is.

One he is doing a feel drill, typicall used to feel coil in the rear leg/hip. So, that is different, but that drill is to learn to balance. He is trying to balance on one leg. The fact he is trying to balance is why the front part is off the ground some.
She is hitting live pitching, while she is not doing a feel, coil, and balance drill, she is still very rear legged, just maybe not to the extent you would on a drill. That's why IMO opinion she has the type of Gather and forward move that she does. She looks like aaron judge does or a Bo Bichotte.
