Worst player on the team. How do you deal?
for you....be strong and optimistic....and commit to facilitate the work necessary for you both to "learn" how to succeed at that level (defense included).....that means lots and lots of extra work.....some kids are naturals, sure, but there are plenty of kids out there that plowed their way...- Pdiddy

To join showcase team or not?
Roger that....we played the Iowa Club you are speaking of several times over the past 4 years and they were always pretty competitive with the upper level teams in Kansas City. Preparing pitchers to go in to a game

Woah...Louisiana governor threatens to shut down LSU athletics...
the way ESPN Sports explained it was that the State will run out of money pretty quickly, and desperately needs a state tax increase......and that LSU will have to shut down the campus prior to the end of the semester because of it, which would result in "incompletes" for the 16' fall semester...- Pdiddy

NAIA vs NCAA
I'm not so nervous now.....they won all 5 games and my DD started 3 of the 5 games this weekend and got to pinch hit the other 2....a couple of BB and 5 for 9 w/ 3 RBI's.....- Pdiddy

Interesting stats from game changer
I always paid attention to those types of stats....obviously for batting philosophical reasons....as you have to stay ahead as a pitcher and have to stay ahead of the count as a hitter....that's not new....however, I am a HUGE believer in "QAB's".....now I don't think its more important than...- Pdiddy

I never realized how much time softball actually takes up
LOL....I'm just now getting my house back to "pre-softball years" status.....got my lawn back in "tip-top" shape and just put in 17 new windows, 2 patio doors and carpet in the whole house and repainted 3 of bedrooms.....re-finishing the deck is next this spring and need to put in some...- Pdiddy

my DD had a several D1 and many D2 scholarship "non-pitcher or catcher" offers....but she picked a private NAIA school (that's in a big D1 college town) and has the best of both worlds now....a big college atmosphere town with a 85% full ride (including room & board) to a high academic and...- Pdiddy

TEAM KC v. US National Team
