Small player, small hand…custom fitted mitt?
She likely won’t go for it. Per my suggestion, she tried a batter glove to keep it on better. She didn’t care for it…but still complains here and there. lol The biggest problem is wanting a tighter fit in the hand and wrist. The very occasional miscaught ball sting is secondary.- LHUtility

Small player, small hand…custom fitted mitt?
She’s 14 and has been using a 32.5” mitt the last 3 years. She’s pretty much done growing. We can’t get the wrist strap tight enough and has a habit of pushing the mitt on a bit between pitches. It’s never come off but it’s a bit annoying. The 3 year old mitt can sting her hand here and there...- LHUtility

Catchers mitt?
My kid has been using a left handed 32.5 Vinci Fortus mitt. One year with an 11” ball and now the 12”. She’s a small person and her hand is small so we’ve made it work and it mostly works well. Batter interference?
So I guess I’ll keep that in my back pocket of to do’s teaching that no matter where you are, you might still interfere. Lol Possibly, No place is safe and the batter needs to look up and give the catcher help in tracking the ball one could argue. DD is a catcher and I still don’t see this like...- LHUtility

Batter interference?
Pop up, no runners on, the batter then looks up moving out of the box and can’t find the ball, neither can the catcher. Lefty batter is now about 5-6’ towards first base, feet outside the line with head back down waiting for catcher to get the ball when the catcher starts running toward her. Kid...- LHUtility
