    Drop ball string target

    Using 1" pvc make a basic H pattern base with a tee in the middle to support an upright thats at least 4' tall. The preferred rope is called a Chinese jump rope. Set each stand approx 4' in front of the plate with the string being approx knee height.

    I call it "dump the thumb" At 9:00 turn the thumb nail straight downward, bend the elbow by rubbing the ball across the belt, then stab the thumb straight towards the target

    If the ball is at 9 at FSR, then her timing is really late. Send a video to be 100% sure as to why. Could be several things contributing
