More coaching problems

There's a poster on this board (not in this thread; not talking about Bullseye here) who has done this. I'm 99% sure of it. I've had private discussions with others about this person, and the consensus is that it's all BS. I've chosen to stop commenting on those posts instead of calling it out.

I have a suspicion of who it actually is, but I'm much less certain of that.

I think a lot of us have chosen to do the same.

Not sure what is right or wrong here in the end. I know in the reference I made (to the other discussion board), people were duped big time, even went as far as donating money to the fake person for believing something terrible had happened to her family. This went on for years. It is amazing the lengths some people will go to dupe others, and equally amazing how trusting some can be of a complete stranger.

Message boards are definitely a very interesting dynamic. Many times you feel like you might really know somebody even though you have never met them IRL, and even if you just lurk and read what they post. Sometimes you discover that certain posters post under different usernames, different posters might use the same username, and some just like to troll message boards just to stir the pot for the fun of it.

Then there are some truly great posters out there who really just want to be a member of a community and help others out or learn something new.

When things just don't make any sense, that's when you know. Sometimes ya gotta pay attention.

BTW, I have found ppl on here that I knew IRL. In fact, one of DD's TB teammates and a respected coach. LOL.

Yup. I wouldn't be at all surprised if some other "softball-addicted parents" I know are posting here.
