I am binging a little Soprano’s here and there! I finished up Ted Lasso last week.

AD, same! Love it! We watched the last episode of the last season prior so it was 3 hours of viewing last night.

I might have to go back to giving lessons if my new tractor doesn’t get here soon. I either need to get out in the timber with my chain saw or find someone to throw balls to and get a little sweaty, I’m becoming a serious couch potato.

It freaks me out to hear the actress that plays Beth speak with her normal accent! That’s jarring!
That show is great! Ted Lasso is hilarious all the way around!

I've been binge-watching Squid Games, Downton Abbey, and The Crown. All good shows. Been finding myself walking around the pod speaking in a British accent when I'm not studying for my MCAT's to be taken this spring.

My wife and I really enjoyed Downton Abbey!

I don’t know why- most shows I like have some espionage or gunfights or something, but there was something about how they could bicker without even raising their voices and using the perfectly chosen word to make a point…. Loved it.

Im really looking forward to the Beatles documentary. Those guys working out “Get Back”?! I want to see that.

Since this is an off-topic thread, how many of your DDs who have finished their college careers have gone on to play slow-pitch softball? My DD plays for multiple teams and I joke that she has become "Dial A Player." She most often plays with her best friend and sometimes her fiance plays. I forget to mention that she plays co-ed softball. Anyway, her team won a tournament this past weekend in really cold temperatures. She hit a "dinger" on a field that has a 300' fence all the way around. Most of the guys on her team can't do that. LOL

I know of some but they usually played softball slow pitch when they got older like beer drinking leagues.
Know of many many players that went off to coach and are still coaching colleges high school and travel ball.

Slo-pitch never appealed to me. Played a couple times but it's kind of boring hitting and running and running and running no thanks. Prefer a challenge hitting and pick offs!!!

My DD’s hitting coach plays slow pitch competitively. I believe she was selected to go play for USA at a tournament this Fall. Whenever we see her it feels like she was just at a weekend tournament and getting ready for another.

Lots of girls go on to play womens slowpitch or coed. Coed can suck a little if you dont have the right cast of guys. Guys can ruin
a lot of the good times with coed attitudes...haha. Lots of girls love playing on womens teams.
My wife plays on a womens travel team now and a few years back, I had a coed team power ranked 3rd in the country. Coed is all about the
girls...you dont win anything if you dont have good girls. Not talking about league or some backyard tourny...but bigger tournys, you dont find
any team that doesnt have very strong girls. Good guys are a dime a dozen.

If she finds the right people, she would prob have a good time in slowpitch
