Go to Denny Tincher's website and find the closest instructor to you. They all teach IR.

That's an interesting thing to say. There's been threads here and other places of "tincher coaches" that put their own spin on things, which may or may not be things Mr. Tincher teaches himself. This is the risk of going to someone who's "certified"... are they really teaching what the master teaches or just using his/her name for credibility? quik, how far are you willing to travel? You listed several states in your area but how far into each place are you willing to go?

These guys teach IR, and call it IR.

And before you pooh pooh online instruction, know that it's become the standard in baseball including for MLB pitchers.

It would depend at this point..just in general 1hr or so maybe more(depending how many times a month and so on)..If I could make it work I'd be all for it..and with Tincher pitching none of the instructors that are "certified " in my area are teaching currently because I have checked...both my girls play 12u now and I'm the only one "tryin" to teach pitching and they are doing fine..but just looking for better instruction for them...thanks

You are in a fairly remote area so it is definitely a challenge to find good in-person instruction. When you say they aren't teaching currently, what does that mean exactly? They quit giving lessons?
