These synced swings aren’t perfectly synced. My old way using a program that synced video was a perfect match. This is the best I can do with current apps.

Both pause without the pause, hands get still for a sec. Change of directions.
Garcia hands are quite the enter time, they even come forward with the stride because they are still. Combined with her starting position the hands come forward while coming forward.

I would say girls have swings closer to HLP than the boys in college. Men in college muscle the swing with high tech bats. I’m sure some women do the same.

I see an attack posture, head between the front hip and BB. Back shoulders higher and front shoulder lower.
What was the problem with FBC?
I don’t know if there’s a problem w it. It’s more of the application of it imo. The ‘coil’ should be from the middle, a ‘Re-centering’ of the swing which doesn’t need a ‘coil’. We start coiled when we position the hands near or around the back shoulder in stance.
the bad coil imo is one that rotates around the legs. Either one take your pick. The coiling and uncoiling should happen in the center of the pelvis or spine.
