Had a workout with Kayden today. This was the morning before her game so I didn’t want to be too critical of things but nudge her in a direction. She has several issues to work on but I also see progress.
As always feel free to comment, understanding that I know this is not a finished product but a work in progress.

Here’s a drill I use with my high school kids, so I thought I’d have Kayden start doing it also

You have a very good listener. Lucky you. Check her grip. Something is causing what I call "high speed wobble" of the barrel.

Just my 2 cents... Looks like your DD is doing the deltoid drill. Its an all arms swing.
