Of course, FSU seems to have a lineup of cheetahs. The put the ball in play and their speed caused fielders to make mistakes.
love their style of play. as an announcer said, speed doesn’t slump. wish my Gators would learn from their example.

Here are some stats to ponder:

FSU has stolen 114 bases this season.

Oklahoma has allowed 4 stolen bases this season.

I don't know that FSU necessarily puts the ball in play better than other elite teams, though. FSU struck out 9 times, while Alabama struck out only twice, in last night's game. FSU has a lot more strikeouts than OU and JMU, about the same or a little more than Alabama.

Ok you are right. Nobody bats their fastest player in the leadoff spot anymore or has their best hitter in the 3 hole and most power in the 4 hole.

Alo with 32 HR’s bats second. Wave the white flag.

Their top two spots being their best power hitters at 1st glance is unconventional but then you realize that more half of Jennings hits have been for extra base hits so it makes sense since she is in scoring position already a good portion of the time.
You want to go through every P5 lineup in the country and tell me what you find? Stop being obtuse...

ok, genius, tell me who doesn’t bat their best hitters at the top of the lineup.
Lead off and 2nd batter are traditional not power hitters..are you really arguing this? That is the only thing I am saying.
