Now that Demarini has put them up on their website and they have hit retailers hands I would be interested to get people's experiences with the bat.

DD gets hers tomorrow and will update with results as she uses it this weekend.

Can't wait to hear some feedback on the 2020 version. My DD has been wanting one and would like to hear from some folks that have first hand experience with it

We have always been a Demarini family but we have a teammate with the prism and I feel its not any better than the Zen. Plus its more expensive and it wasn’t dual stamped. Just My Opinion. I have not got to swing it personally to compare distance difference.

I'm fighting the urge so I'll be watching this closely. Been bitten with bat buying bug big time. So many size options right now. Got her (14 5'7 135ish) a 32 21 CF9, thats been primary, but found a 32 22 CF6 she's working with and ball jumping good and thinking will be better against live pitching with the extra ounce behind it. Now if/when go prism...32/21 32/22 33/22 or 33/23...lol. Know drop 11s coming in June. Been working hard last 4 months to get ready for season.

I’m going to suggest a 33-10 minimum. My DD, who’s far from a beast hitter swings a 33-10 Zen and has no issues. She is 13, 5’6” 130#. Go for more barrel mass as long as it doesn’t disrupt her mechanics.

I agree with 4 girl's dad, I would be looking at a 33/23 bat for sure.

Definitely don’t buy -11. At a minimum she should be ina 32/22

Thanks for all the input, didn't mean to get the thread off topic. Still waiting for reports. Actually I've read a lot on this forum and figured most would suggest the 33/23. And I do think a 33 is the right fit for the next bat. But I was debating (-10) vs (-11). She is definitely a developing player, not a 14yo superstar. Hitting coach did say she'd like her in a 33 for high school. I guess it just seems an inch and two ounces seems like a big jump, as she's just started working with th 32 22. Then I think a lot of college kid and strong HS kids swing 33/23 and she isn't
there yet. Also, seems historically that these demarini drop 11s tend to become legends like CF8, CF6 and CF5. I do wonder if some of that comes from the fact that these size bats tend to be what DDs just happen to be swinging when their mechanics and size come together and they are able to hit the ball hard.

Yeah my dd’s is delayed as it seems demarini didn’t ship until Thursday to dealers. As soon as she gets it I will post.
