17yo DD has been making contact more toward the
Handle of the bat lately. Don't have access at the time
To any video. She's typical a very good hitter with lots of power
We work on hitting middle/bottom half of the ball however the HS
Coach constantly has them do top of the ball...
5th grade science fair project. Considering doing it on some aspect of softball and looking for any ideas.
One idea I have for her is to research how spin of the ball affects its flight path. Any ideas you guys may have would be welcome.
Thanks
I've posted vids of her before and received some good suggestions and comments.
This is my 10yo DN and she is entering her second year of 12u and I'm interested in some suggestions
And critiques of where we can

2 outs bases empty. Batter pops up in front of the plate and catcher drops it for an error extending the inning. Can any runs scored subsequently in the inning be considered earned since the inning was extended on an error?
I posted a video a couple months ago and got good feedback. Today I got a few head on shots and thought I would post those and see what you guys think.

She is a pretty solid game pitcher w/ a changeup that she throws reliably(for a 9yo) around the zone. pitches #5,6,7 in the vid are changes(also 2:36 to 3:10 pitches are changes.)...
If only I had found this site earlier.
Went from this form in the fall of 07....
which from what i've read i feel like would be a good foundation to build from for a mid 9 yr old, transform to the following from April 09 ....
it is a tough to break her of that lean but she is working...
