    Coaches, how do you handle 16U players missing practice and/or games on a Saturday due to a HS Volleyball Tourney or a club flag football game? Do they get less play time on Sunday? How about missing due to a party, prom, homecoming? Where do you draw the line?

    Is there a best route/ pattern to drag the field? Water before or after you drag? Also, Does it upset you (like it does me) to have a coach take pregame infield with 7 to 10 players standing and fielding exactly where the SS is going to play?
